Sylvia Roberti folk art Chicago outsider artist watercolor of a black dog. Beautiful colors. She would write a description on the back of each piece and always state that she was an artist of “Italian descent.” Size is about 4.75X4 inches. Minor wear to corners/ edges. Nice condition for its age.
