Edgar Britton watercolor of Belmont Harbor 1941. Appears to be when it was or one section of the harbor was being built/ dug out. Excellent Chicago scene. Has mat burn around the edges otherwise in excellent condition. Could use a mat. Size of the work is 15.25X11.25 inches.
