Josef Pierre Nuyttens Lake Shore Drive Cityscape Watercolor North Street Beach. Probably made around the 1930s.  Size is about 6.75X4.75  inches. With the frame it is about 15.5X14 inches. Very decorative. He was an illustrator in Chicago. He even illustrated some of the Frank L. Baum Wizard of Oz books. His Chicago scenes are the most sought after and the most iconic of all. A rare gem to add to any serious art collection.
