Herbert J. Day Illinois/ Indiana Impressionist Artist Farm Watercolor 1920s. He was active in England, Illinois, and Indiana. This is a nice fusion piece of English style and Midwest. Depicts a woman farmer. Size of the work is 12X9.5 inches. Has some rust looking spots around edges. If it was framed/ matted, the image itself appears great.
