7.5X27.75 inches. Frame 9X29. Painted by the half brother of the Mayor of Chicago, Harold Washington. Major African American work of art! Is very powerful piece. Depicts a lynching scene of an African American. Probably painted in the 1950s and 1960s. A very rare work. It is housed in a black frame. Appears to be in nice condition for its age. Signed lower right.
