Charles Locke lithograph of a view from the Cincinnati Ohio bridge. The work was made by Locke around 1930. A great regionalist piece. Locke was a regionalist artist from Cincinnati, Ohio. He studied at the Cincinnati Art Academy and the Art Students League in New York City. His teacher was Joseph Pennell. He also went to Paris to study artwork. He won many prizes and his work is held at the Phillips Collection, the British Museum, the Corcoran Gallery, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Size is 14.75X10 inches.
