Description
American school 1933 watercolor downtown Chicago Cityscape. The same year as the World’s Fair. Illegible signature. Possibly Morris Topchevsky. But still cannot make that call. Not sure who the artist is. Size of the work is 9.75X14 inches. Has visible mat burn to edges of image as seen in photo. Would look incredible in a frame. Overall in nice condition for its age.
