Great 19th Century Persian wash basin or Mayim Achronim. Used for the Sabbath to wash hands after the meal and before the prayer. Size is height about 8.5 inches, length 8 inches, width 8 inches. Wonderfully designed. Has a rooster on top. Deer surround the vessel. Then there are symbols around the wash basin for decoration. Ready to be displayed. Weight is one pound 1.5 ounces. Has some holes in the basin. This area can be restored. Overall in nice shape for its age.
